Emirates Complaint

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Emirates service and
staff. I was confirmed on a flight from JFK to Cochin via Dubai on the 29th
of December. I had called Emirates 5 days prior to my departure to confirm
my flight and obtain seat assignments. Yet, when I got to the counter more
than 2 hours prior to departure the Emirates representative told me that
there were no seats available. What’s the purpose of assigning seats if
Emirates can’t keep it’s commitment? The Emirates representative was very
unprofessional, was eating chips behind the counter while we were talking
and very indifferent to our concerns. The whole staff was very unapologetic.
There were at least 10 other passengers with the same problem.
I fly frequently and never have come across such unprofessional staff. When
I book a flight, and have a confirmed seat, I expect to fly. We had major
plans for the 31st, I asked the Emirates representative to put my
co-traveler and I on a different airline to get us there on the 31st but
Emirates wasn’t able to do that. I was finally offered a flight on the 30th,
which would put me in Cochin on the 1st and $400 in cash or another ticket
to the same destination within a year. Why would I want to fly with Emirates
again given the service I received? I was told my only choice was to fly on
30th at 11:30 PM. I told the Emirates representative the least she could do
is upgrade us to Business class since we have to spend New Years Eve in
flight, she couldn’t accommodate that either. I am wondering how many people
will get bumped off the flight on the 30th. Will never travel with Emirates
again.

First trip on them.

From Singapore to Dubai, I was ignored when I pressed the Cabin Buzzer, the elderly ladies beside me had to assist me.

I was suffering from severe sinus issues, they just were shocked as I that nobody came.

Then 1 of them went to the back of the plane to notice them all sitting down eating. *makes you think not one was watching the customers*.

On the flight from Dubai to glasgow, same problem again.
I just turned the buzzer off in the end in disgust.

If you want further details for your site, please don't hesitate.

I was told they were a good airline, but to me it's like get the planes in the air we will worry bout admin later.

What is the best attack strategy possible to send a letter to Emirates Airlines?

My problem is simple, they lost mail from Melbourne to Dubai.

In this mail contained my Frequent Flyer points for a flight on British Airways I took in September 5th and back to Inverness on September 12th this year, they lady in Melbourne Annoyed me so much.
Firstly she said I was not entitled to the points as you took a different flight that did not give you the points.

Then she states that the mail was lost.

Just with your experience what is the best approach to take, and are there any ways to write in arabic to dubai?

Yours Faithfully

This is for info for all the passengers travelling
from Hyd - Dubai.
I purchased a ticket from Dubai to Hyd. Onward Journey
they allowed me 40 kgs , but while returning from Hyd
the Emirates staff was ill mannered that they didn't
have the courtesy to talk in decent way to passenger
they didn't allow me to carry 40 kgs , they only
allowed me 20 kgs .
I request the airline staff to be more courteous and
not to misguide passengers while purchasing ticket.
one cannot imagine the hardship undergone by the
passenger.
please dont repeat this to the passengers again

Just flown back to Glasgow via Dubai

Dear Jawad,
My flight back to Dubai via Bangkok was o.k. but when I got off the plane and had to through security, it was a nightmare. I have been an independant traveller for the last 20 years, and I have never unrgone wuch hum iliation as they meted out to me at that airport. All the 5 day package tourists got through no problem, but I wear alot of silver and on the way out one of the femalie staff took me into a booth, and I found that reasonable/ Going back to Glasgow I was made to take off all my jewellery in front of all those passengers that were getting through with all their sturr on, I asked for the femalle to take me into the booth and they all stood laughing, I wear 2 sari belts, and I has to remove them over my head allowing everyone to get a good look at my body again they were all laughing. I was starting to put all my stuff back on, by this time it was only me, one of the males came cover and deliberately stood on 2 of my rings, the insurance company will not refund me and I was nearly in tears, my fiancee had given the one that they broke,it was only£45 and the other one £20, I got cownstairs and realized that I had left my Dalai Lama book , and up I went and I asked kindly if they had seenit, they all started laughing and then screamed at me to go, I had 30 minutes to get to my gate of departure which was t the end, I wa in tears by this time. I find that I cannot get in touch with them, but I will certainly never travel with them again and I will be making sure that my other travelling friends never use them. Can you tell me if there is any way I can get in touch with them?
Thanks for reading this yours R. Baxter
