My name is Sizar Ghajar and I'm the General Manager of Wanderers Travel.com
in Australia.
I have flown on many occasions but my last experience on Emirates Airlines
with my wife was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had.
Emirates Airlines flight crew and ground staff were great and the service
was exceptional.
Next year we will also travel and I can guarantee that it will also be with
Emirates.
Congratulations once again to yourself and your staff for a memorable year.
Kind Regards
Sizar Ghajar

Dear Dr. Jawad,
It is unfortunate that Emirates website do not provide an opportunity for
passengers to let them know what went wrong during their flights. Recently,
we took Emirates to travel to Hyderabad, India. In my return journey the
Emirates flight got delayed starting from Hyderabad, then in Dubai and in
Paris. After all this they lost all our seven bags. It's been a nightmarish
experience with the Emirates airlines. I called the emirates office at NY
they were clueless; don't know how to track the baggage.
I was wondering if you would have the address or contact information of CEO/
President of Emirates airlines that I could send my letter of complaint to.
I will also send a copy to your website.
Many thanks
Mujtaba Ali

Emirates airlines flight

I recently flew on flight EK405, from Auckland New Zealand to Palma De Mallorca Spain, this journey took 38 hours. I was a mother travelling on my own with my two small children. I had particularly chosen Emirates Airlines as I had been told from the travel agent that they were particularly good when you had children. Unfortunately I did not find this to be so.It started with a very rude man at the check in desk at Auckland Airport, who was not only unhelpful but made checking in twice as difficult with the children than was necessary and I'm afraid reduced me to tears. As a consequence of his wrong information two of my bags are now missing!!.
The first leg from Auckland to Melbourne was fine. Than plane was not full so we received a helpful courteous manner from the cabin crew. However, for the next 35 hours, this was not to continue. The legs from Melbourne to Singapore to Dubai to Frankfurt, were to say the least, atrocious. To start with I had to constantly request for food for my 18 month old son at meals times. I felt I should not have had to even ask, did they think he would not want food for 30 hours!!!. I did not think I was being too demanding in this request, but there after I was completely ignored when I ask for assistance in other matters, which were few.
I found the attitude of the stewardess when serving the meals to be very unpleasant, especially the leg from Melbourne to Singapore. There where several other incidents that took place, which made me realise that they are not more helpful when you are on your own with children. In fact I was made to feel I had no right to be travelling with children. I will most certainly not be using Emirates again. And I do hope other people will read this before making the decision to use this airline when traveling with their children.

bad experience

Wre had a bad experience on the way to Thailand form Egypt.
First part to Dubai from Cairo was allright we got the seat we requested.
Second link between Dubai and Thailand they promised ile sits, we got in three row the middle sits, for two of our family member who are over 193 cm you can image how they had to sit!!!
Way Back did get not the requested seat and on top of that I had to sit for 6 hours on a broken seat.
They could not offer me any other seat because the plane was full, They offered an extra cushion what i refused because the seats are already too Narrow.
I filled in an complain and up to now one month later they did not even react.
I don't know how they got such a good reputation. I could have taken Kuwaiti airlines what was a much better deal 150 dollars per person cheaper and 4 days accomodation for free. But We heard good things from Emirates, but for me
it was the worst flight in 35 Years.
AND WHAT A LOUSY SERVICE NOT EVEN TO REACT ON A COMPLAIN!!!!!!
